Grace Companion is a cross-cultural spiritual companionship platform offering daily devotionals, prayer companionship, journaling, and featured courses. Our content is meant to bring comfort, encouragement, and spiritual companionship — it is not a substitute for professional mental-health, medical, or legal advice.
3. 订阅、试用与付款
Subscriptions, Trials & Payment
Grace Plus 提供 7 天免费试用。试用期结束后，除非你在此之前取消，订阅将自动转为每月 $9.99 加元（CAD）。订阅按月自动续费，你可以随时在账户中取消，取消后将不再产生下一期费用。付款由 Stripe 安全处理。
Grace Plus includes a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription will automatically continue at $9.99 CAD per month. Subscriptions renew monthly; you may cancel anytime, and you will not be charged for the next cycle after cancellation. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
4. 退款
Refunds
在 7 天免费试用期内取消，你将不会被收取任何费用。试用结束后产生的月费一般不予退款，但如有特殊情况，欢迎联系我们，我们会以恩慈之心处理每一个请求。
If you cancel within the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. Monthly fees after the trial are generally non-refundable, but if you find yourself in a difficult situation, please reach out — we handle every request with grace.
5. 你的内容
Your Content
你在祷告港湾、灵修路程等处留下的内容仍属于你。你授予我们必要的权限，仅为向你提供服务（如保存与回应你的记录）。我们不会公开或出售你的私密内容。
Content you create in Prayer Harbor, Journey of Grace, and elsewhere remains yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to provide the service to you (such as storing and responding to your entries). We will never publish or sell your private content.
6. 合宜使用
Acceptable Use
请以尊重与善意使用本平台。不得将服务用于任何违法、伤害他人或干扰服务正常运行的行为。
Please use the platform with respect and goodwill. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harm others, or to interfere with the normal operation of the service.
7. 知识产权
Intellectual Property
Grace Companion 的名称、标识、文字、课程与设计均受版权保护，未经许可不得复制或商用。圣经经文引用归各自版本所有。
The Grace Companion name, logo, written content, courses, and design are protected by copyright and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Scripture quotations remain the property of their respective translations.
8. 责任限制
Limitation of Liability
本服务按「现状」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，Grace Companion 不对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接损失承担责任。如果你正经历严重的情绪或心理危机，请及时寻求专业帮助或拨打当地紧急求助热线。
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grace Companion is not liable for any indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. If you are experiencing a serious emotional or mental-health crisis, please seek professional help or contact your local emergency line.
